08:18 pm - Quiz

The Sonnet
Deliberate Gentle Love Dreamer (DGLDf)

Romantic, hopeful, and composed. You are the Sonnet. Get it? Composed?

Sonnets want Love and have high ideals about it. They're conscientious people, caring & careful. You yourself have deep convictions, and you devote a lot of thought to romance and what it should be. This will frighten away most potential mates, but that's okay, because you're very choosy with your affections anyway. You'd absolutely refuse to date someone dumber than you, for instance.

Your exact opposite:
Genghis Khunt

Random Brutal Sex Master
Lovers who share your idealized perspective, or who are at least willing to totally throw themselves into a relationship, will be very, very happy with you. And you with them. You're already selfless and compassionate, and with the right partner, there's no doubt you can be sensual, even adventurously so.

You probably have lots of female friends, and they have a special soft spot for you. Babies do, too, at the tippy-top of their baby skulls.

ALWAYS AVOID: The 5-Night Stand, The False Messiah, The Hornivore, The Last Man on Earth

CONSIDER: The Loverboy

02:02 pm - ahhh!

So tonight is the first improv show...I am so freaking nervous! I hope I don't cry or like pee my pants on stage. I wish we had had more rehearsals that didn't involve walking in circles with a soft focus... I hate soft focus!! Ahhhh!!! Anyway, if you want to come see me make a fool of myself and promise not to laugh only because I suck, come to the little theatre at 11pm tonight. Plus everyone else is super funny, so come support them!

I'm also really excited because I got onto the Improv Troupe and I also got cast in Measure for Measure!!! I'm so excited! I got cast as Mariana if anyone is familiar with the show, but basically I'm thrilled! Congrats to everyone else who was cast also! I can't wait to work with you!

03:15 pm - 21 years

So first of all, I just want to say thank you to all of my friends for making my birthday so special and wonderfully fun. The night before started out with a bunch of friends at Friday's with Kathy as our server(would it be Fridays without Kathy?). Kathy said I could start ordering drinks when it was only like 11, but I was a good girl and waited till midnight. Then Molly, Patrick and I proceeded to PJs for like 10 minutes. Oh Pjs.

The next day I awoke bright and early to a destination that was unknown to me. But first I checked Livejournal (obviously) where I read Rob's entry and kind of cried a little bit (I love you, Rob). Then Molly brought me starbucks(thank you!), and she, Rob & Chris Hogue awaited in the car. Then we picked up Patrick who missed his alarm and went to DISNEYLAND! So much fun. Except for our 3 hr long line for lunch in California Adventure. We spent all day on the rides. (how much fun is spacemountain!?) Then we went to RainForest Cafe for dinner and Molly and I had a few drinks, which made Fantasyland that much more fun. Then Patrick randomly got a huge burn on his leg out of nowhere. It was weird and scary...feel better, Patrick! Anyway, the day was filled with tons of fun and friends, and all of the IMs, phone calls, texts and myspace/LJ comments wishing me a happy birthday made me so feel so lucky and happy. So thank you guys!!! I seriously have the best friends in the world.

On another note, I'm 21 now....lets go out for drinks!!!!

02:44 pm - Update

So update time! This summer is almost over, well theres still almost a month left, but where does the time go?! Lets see, Guys & Dolls is over...great job to everyone in it it, I had so much fun! And to everyone who came to see it, thank you! Ummm, I've been working two jobs, but I put in my 2 weeks at Jamba, so August 18th will be my last day as a Smoothie Slave. Which will leave me with the lone title "Gap Girl".

I turn 21 in exactly 2 weeks which is kind of exciting I guess, I'm just happy I'll actually be able to sit at the Grown Up table and maybe even experience PJs....I hate being the youngest out of all my friends. :(

I'm directing a One-Act by Christopher Durang called "Canker Sores and Other Distractions" which I am really excited about. I'm so happy with my cast and I have a cool AD/SM, and I can't wait to get started on it! Everybody better come see it 8/26-8/28!

Other than that school starts in less than a month, and then before I know it, I'll be a big, bad College grad! Scary!!!
